Chewing Gum & Extra Pills Just to Function :(

Up until a few years ago I thought I had functioning with anxiety attacks down to a science: chew mint gum, carry water, tums, and lots of extra pills.

Now just sit in the back row near the door and hopefully I wouldn’t have too many panic attacks.

It was a cruddy way to go through high school, college, and my early years of motherhood, but I didn’t know any better at the time. Today I have better self help tools:
